Terms of Use – CRDE E-Learning Platform

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CRDE e-learning platform and related training services (“Platform”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1

The Platform is owned and operated by CRDE Sp. J., located at ul. Senatorska 6F, 05-120 Legionowo, Poland.

1.2

The Platform may be used by:

  • Individuals aged 18 or older with full legal capacity.
  • Business entities and organizations.

2. Use of the E-Learning Platform

2.1

Use of the Platform requires acceptance of these Terms and the creation of a User Account

2.2

Registration and participation procedures for online courses are set out separately and form an integral part of these Terms.

2.3

The cost of online training is listed in the course catalog. The fee includes access to the course for 45 days from the date of enrollment.

2.4

The Platform is designed for ordering, accessing, and promoting online courses. Participation is voluntary.

2.5

All Users must follow the rules for creating and sharing courses on the Platform.

2.6

Users may not share their login credentials with third parties.

2.7

Orders must be placed via the online order form, with payment made using the selected payment method.

2.8

Paymentsprocessed through external payment gateways (such as PayU, PayPal, Stripe, etc. are non-refundable.

2.9

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
  • Creating accounts with usernames that violate the rights of others.
  • Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Platform.

2.10

By enrolling and paying for an online course, you acknowledge and accept that you waive the statutory right of withdrawal from the agreement (where applicable).

3. Use of Training and Workshops

3.1

By enrolling in any training or workshop, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

3.2

Course or workshop fees are specified in the relevant training program or displayed during the enrollment process.

3.3

Registration is completed by submitting the registration form via the CRDE website or other forms provided in the training materials.

3.4

A confirmation of enrollment will be sent after registration.

3.5

After receiving confirmation, the fee must be paid according to the applicable price list to the following bank account:

4. Withdrawal and Cancellations

4.1

For online training (electronic services), payment confirms waiver of the right to withdraw from the agreement.

4.2

For on-site training/workshops:

  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the course start: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations between 14 and 7 days: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days: no refund.

4.3

Failure to attend without written cancellation results in a 100% charge of the course fee.

4.4

Failure to pay does not constitute valid cancellation.

5. Reservations

CRDE reserves the right to:

  • Change course prices and training materials.
  • Add or remove courses and workshops.
  • Modify training programs.
  • Launch promotions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1

All materials provided during training (written, electronic, audio, video, or live presentations) are protected by copyright law.

6.2

Users may not copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise share training materials in whole or in part, in any form, without prior written consent from CRDE.

6.3

Quoting with proper attribution is permitted.

6.4

Recording of training sessions is only allowed with the express consent of the trainer.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

7.1

The Privacy Policy (available at [link]) forms an integral part of these Terms.

7.2

By enrolling, the User consents to the processing of personal data for purposes of course administration and marketing, in line with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

7.3

Training sessions may be photographed or recorded (audio or video). By attending, the User acknowledges that their image and/or voice may appear in such recordings and grants CRDE a royalty-free license to use such materials for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.

7.4

Users who do not consent must submit a separate written objection prior to the training.

8. Final Provisions

8.1

These Terms enter into effect on 01 September 2025

8.2

Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by applicable civil law.
