Terms & Conditions – CRDE Online Store

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital products (including e-books, templates, and other downloadable files) available through the CRDE Online Store (“Store”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

1.2

These Terms apply to both consumers and business clients purchasing digital products.

2. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

3. Products

3.1

The Store offers only digital products, such as:

  • E-books (in PDF or other electronic formats)
  • Templates (editable or read-only files)
  • Other downloadable or digitally accessible materials

3.2

Products are delivered exclusively in digital form (download link or account access). No physical products are shipped.

4. Orders & Sales Agreement

4.1

Orders are placed electronically via the Online Store.

4.2

Prices are displayed in Euro and include applicable taxes. Before confirming an order, Customers are informed of the total cost.

4.3

A Sales Agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms the order electronically.

5. Payment

5.1

Available payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer
  • Electronic payments and card payments via external payment gateways (e.g., PayU, Stripe, PayPal)

5.2

Payment must be completed before download access is granted.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

6.1

Digital products are delivered by:

  • Email with a download link, or
  • Access via the Customer’s account in the Store

6.2

Delivery occurs automatically after payment confirmation.

6.3

The Seller is not responsible for technical issues on the Customer’s side (e.g., outdated software, insufficient storage, internet connection problems) preventing access to digital products.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1

All digital products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2

Purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes.

7.3

Customers may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute products to third parties
  • Publish products in whole or in part without prior written consent
  • Remove copyright or license notices

7.4

Any unauthorized use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)

8.1

By purchasing digital products, the Customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately after payment and acknowledges that they lose the statutory right of withdrawal once access/download begins.

8.2

This exclusion applies under Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and corresponding EU consumer law.

9. Complaints

9.1

The Seller is responsible for ensuring digital products are delivered without defects (e.g., corrupt or inaccessible files).

9.2

9.3

The Seller will respond within 14 days.

10. Provisions for Business Clients

10.1

For business Customers (non-consumers):

  • Risk passes upon making the product available electronically.
  • Warranty liability may be excluded.
  • Disputes shall be resolved before the court with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

11. Final Provisions

11.1

Contracts are concluded in Polish, but translations may be provided for convenience.

11.2

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for valid reasons (e.g., legal changes, updates to digital delivery systems). Customers will be notified of changes where required by law.

11.3

In matters not covered herein, Polish law and EU consumer protection law apply.
